Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new limits apply immediately, prorated for the rest of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle.

You will be notified at 80% and 100% of your limit. If you go over, we give you a 7-day grace period — your team keeps capturing data — before submissions are paused. You can upgrade at any point during the grace period.

Yes. Paystack supports card, bank transfer, and USSD payments for all plans. For Enterprise customers, we also support direct bank transfer with invoicing.

If you regularly exceed your plan, we'll suggest moving to a higher tier — that's cheaper than paying overage rates. For occasional overages on Starter and Growth, we charge ₦10 per additional submission, billed at the end of the cycle.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next renewal. Annual plans can be cancelled but are not refunded for the unused portion. Your data is retained for 60 days after cancellation so you can export it.
