Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuiteSimpleODK platform ("Service"), operated by Unorthodox Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Nigeria with offices in Abuja. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organisation. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Paystack. All prices are in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise stated. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to collect data unlawfully, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this clause.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you collect through the Service. We act as a data processor on your behalf and process data only as needed to provide the Service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you have 60 days to export your data, after which it is permanently deleted.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
