1. What we collect

We collect: (a) information you provide to create your account (name, email, organisation); (b) data you upload through forms; (c) usage data (pages visited, actions taken) to improve the Service.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide and improve the Service, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, and (with your consent) send product updates. We never sell your data.

3. Where we store it

QuiteSimpleODK is hosted in a tier-1 data centre in Frankfurt, Germany. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Backups are retained for 30 days.

4. Who has access

Access is limited to authorised members of our team who need it to provide the Service. We do not share your data with third parties except to comply with law, prevent fraud, or as required by sub-processors listed in section 7.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, email ask@quitesimpleodk.com.

6. Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 60 days to allow export, then permanently deleted.

7. Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors: Paystack (payments), Hetzner (hosting, Germany), and Google Analytics (anonymised usage analytics). A full updated list is available on request.
